You understand and agree that use of our AI models, automation tools, code, games, firmware, or decentralized applications is entirely at your own risk.

World of Unreal, its founders, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, data breaches, malfunctions, financial losses, or unintended outcomes resulting from:

• Use or misuse of our AI, scripts, or automations
• Bugs, security vulnerabilities, or exploits
• Third-party integrations (e.g., Telegram, Google APIs, blockchain wallets)
• Smart contracts or dApps deployed on any blockchain network
• Hardware, IoT, or firmware modifications made by users

Open Source and Third-Party Code

Some of our software is open-sourced or partially open-sourced under various licenses. Others are proprietary or experimental. You are responsible for reviewing applicable licenses before using, forking, or distributing any code.

We do not guarantee any support, uptime, or performance for open-source repositories.

Third-party integrations, APIs, or SDKs (including but not limited to blockchain nodes, cloud providers, AI models, or external libraries) are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their behavior or data handling.

User Responsibility

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Use them ethically, lawfully, and for legitimate purposes only
• Avoid introducing malicious code or reverse-engineering proprietary software
• Assume full responsibility for results produced by AI automation, scripts, or firmware
• Hold harmless and indemnify World of Unreal LLC from any claims, disputes, or damages arising from your use

Experimental and Evolving Nature

World of Unreal builds experimental systems in AI, blockchain, and robotics. You acknowledge that Services may be beta-stage, unstable, or experimental, and that updates may break functionality or invalidate prior results without notice.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time without liability.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware, USA.
